In case of interruption of the stay, the total price will be charged. Unless stated otherwise, the client must leave the room by 12 noon on the day of the end of the reservation. In the event of failure to comply with this rule, an additional night will be billed to the client. In case of deposit, no refund will occur, except in exceptional cases and previously communicated to the hotel well in advance, 1 month. They are free to consider whether or not the reason is appropriate to proceed with the repayment. If the reservation is canceled one week in advance, the credit of the reservation amount can be used in the following three months, through a voucher issued in the name of the person making the reservation, which will aim to minimize damages to the customer to the hotel, translating into a way to prevent the customer from feeling prejudiced.
Note:
In case of cancellation of the reservation, the client is obliged to inform the hotel by registered letter or by electronic mail.

1. The current prices are listed in the official table posted on the hotel reception.
2. The daily rates always expire at 12 noon. After this time another time will start.
3. Accounts will be displayed on the chek-out. The Hotel reserves the right to charge the bills daily or in advance. The lack of payment, it matters to the guest, in the desistence of his reservation.
4. Cancellation of reservations made by the client, does not give right to reimbursement of the deposit amount, except in exceptional situations and previously communicated to the hotel well in advance, 1 month. 5. The hotel management is not responsible for objects or valuables left in the rooms. There is a safe for guests to use at the hotel's reception.
6. Minors staying at the hotel, will not be able to use the services or withdrawals of keys, except when authorized by parents or guardians.

7. The Hotel will not be responsible for forgotten objects or valuables inside the vehicles in the Parking lot. Vehicles should be taken from the hotel's car park on the day of check-out, until noon.
8. Breakfast is included in the price of the daily, is served in the restaurant from 08:00 to 10:00 hours. The espresso coffee will be charged at the counter. It is not allowed to make the "snack" to take, if it is verified, will be charged € 5 for the number of people in the room.
9. We request the utmost care with the objects belonging to the Hotel. Any damage or loss will be debited to the guest account.
10. It should be noted that when leaving the room, the guest should check that the taps are closed, the lights are off and the television is switched off.
11. n order to ease the telephone information service, guests are kindly asked to "leave the key at reception when they leave the hotel". They will have to inform the reception that they will arrive after 24h. You will be given a key to enter from that time.
12. Telephone communications will be made daily. In case of absence of the guest, you will be given a written notice, being this service affectionate to the Hotel Reception.
13. We ask guests not to receive visitors in the rooms. For general visits, the hotel's Lobby and Lounge are available.
14. When signing any expense statement, you are requested to sign them with the same signature as the registration form, verifying that your room number is correct. The extra expense accounts may be paid on the spot and, in this case, they will not be signed.

15. The Management asks the Guests to not spread clothes or towels on the windows or balconies of the rooms; do not throw objects through the window or into the toilet; do not put nails on the walls as well as use electric iron.

16. For greater comfort and tranquility of all guests, we ask: to avoid noise disturbing to third parties.

17. It is expressly prohibited the stay of animals in the premises of the Hotel.

18. Orders placed will be posted to the room account. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.

19. We do not allow the consumption of drinks, snacks, sweets and snacks not purchased in the Hotel (in the social areas, bar, restaurant, living room, etc.)

20. Materials borrowed from any sector of the Hotel must be returned prior to departure, otherwise they will be charged to the account.

21. It is not allowed to bring towels from the rooms to the outside.

22. There is silence in the corridors after 10:00 p.m. As well as the greatest respect for rest until 10 o'clock in the morning.

23. Check-in from 2.30 pm closed at 12 noon with a maximum tolerance of 30 minutes.

24. You will not be able to take hotel utensils to the outside, such as towels, sheets, blankets, etc. These items should be brought. If you do, the piece will be sold for the replacement value of a new one. Should any of these rules not be met, we will invite you to leave the hotel.

25. The use of a barbecue is prohibited; lighters, portable stoves and other equipment in the Hotel.

26. The Management is grateful for all the cooperation that may be offered to achieve our objectives, but the complaints and complaints of the Guest will be valuable to us to improve our services.
